MEDITATOR

Progressive Metalcore

Meditator.jpg

Stage Presence: Engaging and Active
Crowd: Full Room, Moshing
Notes: This was their debut show!  If it's a precursor for what they do next, they're worth keeping up with.

PEPPER SAID

Singer/Songwriter, Rock, Pop

Pepper Said.jpg

Stage Presence: Comfortable, Lively, Dancing
Crowd: Full Room, Engaged
Notes: This was her first full-band show, but they sounded like they had been playing together for a long time.  I love that there was a stripped down song in the set where she displayed her roots as a singer/songwriter and got vulnerable with the crowd.

CENTER MUST HOLD

Heavy Metal

Center Must Hold.jpg

Stage Presence: Primal, Passionate
Crowd: Moshing, Head-banging
Notes: This is a tight band who knows how to make an entrance and be remembered!  The lead singer wears black and red face/body paint, and drinks from a horn attached to his belt throughout the set! Worth it.
