Christine Harazim is a singer/songwriter who graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2014. The fall after graduation, she rushed to Nashville under the pretense that Nashville is "Music City." She prepared herself to meet new artists and join the grind to become a singer/songwriter outside of the realm of Country music. A few years in, working on Broadway as a server, she had the realization that she hadn't met many non-country artists. She felt no sense of community in that sense and had little luck in finding local publications that were passionate about other genres besides Country. Instead of being defeated, she decided to create what she needed from Nashville. Founding Nashville Offbeat in April of 2017, this music enthusiast set out on a mission to create quality content for local artists to share and promote their music, as well as a community that artists could learn from, be a part of, and draw inspiration from. She believes that small wins create big change when you're an independent artist and loves providing an outlet to help others grow through her work with the Nashville community of musicians going against the musical grain.
